For three years, I've served as a teen quizzing coach at West Valley Church of the Nazarene in Yakima, Washington. I started coaching in order to encourage my son in his participation, but found a passion for quizzing that brought me to accept, not only this position, but also a similar position on the Northwest District in the Nazarene Church.
I have come to believe that bible quizzing is the best thing a church can do for its youth.
I reside in Yakima with my wife of 25 years, Leslie, and two of my 3 children. My third child is a Northwest Nazarene University graduate living in the Boise, Idaho area.
I've worked in corporate finance for food processing companies for many years. When I'm not tending to responsibilities, I'm usually involved in some form of motorsports, as a spectator or participant. |
